Introduction

Welcome to my Academic Wiki: This wiki is the sole hub with details of my Academic Life.

Dissertations are a multi year affair with your ever increasing academic interests.

Therefore, I have developed this space to accomplish a few things with regard to this relationship.

1) to provide an overview of the project: Working Title: Longitudinal study of emergent leadership in virtual teams

1. When and why do leaders emerge in virtual teams ? 
2. What patterns of emergent leadership can be identified in virtual teams?
3. How are communication patterns related to emergent leadership of virtual teams? 
4. Are there leadership patterns that can be associated with differences in performance?
