Introduction
Welcome to my Academic Wiki: This wiki is the sole hub with details of my Academic Life.
Dissertations are a multi year affair with your ever increasing academic interests.
Therefore, I have developed this space to accomplish a few things with regard to this relationship.
1) to provide an overview of the project
2) to provide status updates to my advisors and committee members
3) to actually write the dissertation by put putting ideas to paper; write, write, write!
4) to keep track of a reading list of things I need to review
5) various tools to manage this process
6) techcomm journals
7) Proposal & RQs:
RQ1: How can emergent leaders be identified in ad-hoc virtual teams?
RQ2: At what time point in the process did the leader(s) emerge?
RQ3: Does the time a leader is identified effect the outcomes of the team?
